The focus is on understanding the relational patterns and emotional cycles that keep couples stuck and developing new ways of relating, communicating, and creating security.

3. Adolescent & Family Therapy

Supporting development and connection. Therapy for adolescents and their families that considers emotional development, identity, autonomy, attachment, and family relationships. Treatment integrates psychodynamic, systemic, developmental, and experiential approaches to support both the adolescent and the family system.

4. Clinical Consultation & Education

Deepening clinical understanding. Consultation and educational services for mental health professionals, with a focus on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic formulation, personality organization, attachment, mentalization, transference, and countertransference.
